I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were clean and comfy with a great view. The staff was friendly, although they could improve on their customer service skills. The hotel is in a prime location right across from the grand pier and just a 2-minute walk to the town center. The dining experience offered various options but didn't include breakfast. Overall, it was a great value for the money.

The room I stayed in had a great view and bunk beds, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with all the necessary toiletries. The bed was comfortable for everyone.

The waiting staff provided good service, but some could benefit from customer service training. However, I couldn't fault the service overall. Unfortunately, a manager was unavailable at the reception.

I couldn't have asked for a better spot! The hotel sits right across from the grand pier, making it super convenient to explore the town. The rooms were perfect for my family with bunk beds for our 2 teenage sons. The service was outstanding, although I did notice a slight gap in customer service at the reception. Dining offered a nice variety of options, but unfortunately, the salmon was a letdown. Overall, a great stay with excellent facilities and an unbeatable view!
